The ability to create new templates is one of my favorite features because it allows you to take advantage of all the different types of information available through our platforms without having to constantly rework your reporting structure.

Some functions could use improvement (eg., exporting). We have been able to solve problems such as being unable to compare data between multiple clients easily by using answer rocket. It has allowed us to provide more value to customers by allowing them to view their own KPIs, which previously were not possible.
