This gear was bought for my son to learn to ride a bike. The appearance of the equipment was pleasant. We ordered red and it looks like tomato red. Everything is suitable for my 5 year old child. However, the shoulder straps were uncomfortable. The son complained of itching on his elbow and knee pads. We compromised by removing the elbow pads during his classes. He had no complaints about the hand pads, but they seemed unnecessary for cycling. Overall I'm happy with the purchase as it wasn't too expensive and the helmet received a lot of compliments.
