My 5 year old son was about to start his first round of outdoor soccer and needed good shoes that wouldn't break the bank (especially as I'm sure he will outgrow them within a year. My son has medium wide feet). and they are a little narrow so I wouldn't recommend them if your kid has wide feet. He persevered and did a great job throughout the fall football season. As long as his foot doesn't grow too much, we're hoping to rebuild him. also use for spring season.
