Review on Black and Blue Square Leg Swimsuit - Boxer Brief Style Swim Trunks Size 21-30 for Boys from Flow by Timothy Barnes

I really like this suit, it looks like it's designed to protect against chlorine. The cut is great and the quality seems to be good too. However, the size grid confused me. I usually order a size 21 in swim trunks or TYR for my 9 year old boy who wears a size 8, but the size chart suggests ordering a size 25 (for a size 8). So I decided to order 23 and it turned out to be too big. Just measure your waist and try not to guess.
