I replaced all the other pulleys and the belt along with these two pulleys, I reused the tensioner that this bolt was attached to and everything works great. Over time I will replace the tensioner, which will be complete with these two pulleys, but so far there are no squeaks, squeaks and various noises at different speeds. Everything is calm and working happily again. This is probably a much better cost savings than the entire $150 tensioner where the bearings are more likely to wear out than the tension spring. Let's see how long these last. I usually get $18,000-$20,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 from them, and my passionate asphalt partner is more than just an obedient babysitter.
