I like how easy it was for me as someone without any technical expertise or programming knowledge at all! The support team were always willing/able to help when needed.

It's not very clear what you're getting from using this platform - there are many options available in similar price ranges (and free!) that don't have such limitations. If your business isn't too tech-savvy then perhaps look elsewhere? We used them because we didn't know where else to turn but they ended up costing us more time than if we had just done our own thing instead of paying so much money to do something relatively simple ourselves.
