Searching for other filters I came across this brand and seller. They didn't show up in the main water filter search so the seller may need to take a look at their search terms. What is the best kept secret? price for two. I pay more than twice as much for just a power amp filter. Definitely Guardian. since we have to change the filters about every 20 days. We have a 400 foot well, and iron sediment and iron bacteria mean frequent filter changes, so it's always great to find inexpensive filters that work well (pun intended). I have just ordered a second set after testing the first purchase for a few months. We have a 3 stage filter, 30 micron, 5 micron and then this carbon film and I have to say I am VERY impressed and we are VERY happy with the clarity and taste of the water. We still have to change the first and second stage (30m and 5m) in about 20 days, but this is the last change. I left this carbon film to see how long we can get rid of it before it needs to be replaced. So far 35 days have passed and still no significant pressure drop with clean and fresh tasting water.
