This is the best horn I have ever used and the only one that gets drivers attention. From this point of view it is not a problem. The problem occurs during installation. The mount is practically useless and when you try to use it as intended it doesn't work because if you press the button to beep the mount can fail sending the entire horn assembly off the handlebars and possibly into your wheel. exactly when you urgently need control. This has happened to me twice, so I found an alternative solution where I just threw away the white clip that's supposed to attach the horn to the steering wheel and tied the knot to the steering wheel instead - that way it stays put. The manufacturer really needs to go back to the drawing board and find something that works.
