These in-ear headphones suit me best because: 1. You wear headphones. That means they fit right in your ears and offer passive noise cancellation. This differs from Airpods, Bose Soundport Free and Powerbeats Pro, which are in your ears only, so you hear most of your surroundings. I want passive noise cancellation because it lets me walk on the subway without hearing the roar/squeak. It also allows you to listen at a reduced volume. I typically kept Vista at 50-25% volume while Airpods, Bose, and Powerbeats required 75-100% volume. If they're mute to my ears, you still hear outside noise, and that's normal. I've been using passive noise canceling headphones for years, so I'm used to keeping my head on a ball joint so I don't get hit by a car or something. 2. Excellent sound quality (better than Jaybird Run XT in my subjective opinion), with the ability to adjust with the equalizer.3. Comfortable to wear. It's subjective, but I was able to wear it for over 3 hours with no issues.4. The charging case is smaller than the Bose Soundport Free, Powerbeats Pro and Jaybird Run XT. From Jaybird website, converted to inches (2.91"(W) x 1.44"(H) x 0.94"(D). Compared to Aerodrome housing from Apple website (2.11 "x 1.74" x 0.84") Not that big. I fit in my pocket easily. The case is also magnetic, which the Jaybird Run XT.5 doesn't have. No master/slave design. Lots true wireless headphones have a master/slave design.slave the right earbud connects to the phone and then forwards it to the left earphone.I found this resulted in a lot of audio clipping causing a horrible experience.I found this in bose soundport free and jaybird run xt jaybird vista just like airpods and powerbeats both have earbuds that connect to your phone which in my experience gives you a more stable audio connection, well known brands that cost less than $200 ( Airpods, Samsung Galaxy Buds, Jabra Elit True Wireless, Under Armor True Wireless, JBL Free True Wireless, etc.); I I just haven't tried them or they didn't handle comments #1, #4 and #5.7 well. Good microphone for voice/video calls in office or outdoors (cafe, walking outside).8. passed the shirt test. The ability to remove the t-shirt to keep the headphones from flying out. Areas that can be improved. 1 more functionality with one button. No previous track options. I offset most functions with my smartwatch for previous/next track, volume up/down. The only button on the earbud that I only use for pause/play.2 Hmmm, that's about it. Will report if anything else comes up.
