Ideal for vegetable peelers
Peeler sharp and efficient - nowhere near the best I've used. The paring knife is only slightly less sharp than my forged and hand-ground Japanese knives, but without much effort. Very important.
- Blades absolutely insensitive to acids, juices, oils, salts and other elements; will never rust
