Works well, best price I've found, seller combined shipping for multiple units
They are available from a variety of sources. This is the best price I have found for them. It appears to be the exact same boring bar holder that I got with my Grizzly G4003 lathe. The same serial number 250-204. I have several of these now. I just bought 2 more to change; one to make a drilling tool holder, one to make a grinding tool holder.
