Description of QUICK CHANGE BORING HOLDER 250 204

Our part # ALL-47204. Grips bar with extreme rigidity; cuts smoothly without chatter. For use with BXA tool posts 250-200 or 250-222. 10-15" swing. Equipped with a split bushing to accommodate a boring bar of smaller diameter. Holds 3/4" tool with bushing, 1" diameter without bushing.

Efficient and reliable boring holder

As a machinist, I always look for products that can improve efficiency and quality... This boring holder has definitely met my expectations. As a result of using this product, I found that it securely holds the boring bar and allows quick and easy changes. The compact design also SAVES space in my tool kit. The only downside is that its a bit pricey compared to other options. Overall I highly recommend this industrial and scientific tool holder for its quality and performance..

They are available from a variety of sources. This is the best price I have found for them. It appears to be the exact same boring bar holder that I got with my Grizzly G4003 lathe. The same serial number 250-204. I have several of these now. I just bought 2 more to change; one to make a drilling tool holder, one to make a grinding tool holder.
