Great concept but poor execution. Replace the stem cap with this and you can attach your Garmin computer. I first removed the plastic insert used to mount your Garmin computer to screw it onto the top of the stem. The final step is to reattach the plastic insert with 2 screws to secure the insert in the butt plate shell. Unfortunately 1 of the 2 screws did not hook. I tried moving the screws between the two holes. Vain. I was able to drive each of the screws into 2 holes WITHOUT the insert, so it appears that either the screws are too short or the threads for the screw are unavailable given the extra width of the plastic insert. I really wanted this to work. :(
