I only started brewing a few months ago and have quickly progressed from very basic kits using only pre-hopped LME to these top brewer kits. packed up. The instructions are clear enough if you are familiar with the brewing process. A post-fermentation is suggested, but since I use a cone fermentor I get a very clean beer without this step. This was my first experience with a new fermentor setup so I wanted something cheaper just in case something goes wrong! I usually drink IPAs and porters, so I always knew this set would produce something a little less flavorful than usual. The end result was excellent, although a little more bitter than I expected. I might make this set again in the summer when I need something eclectic for my friends.
