If it were about the product itself (shampoo and conditioner) that would be five stars. The shampoo and conditioner are my favorites. The scent is very strong, which I personally like, and more rosemary than mint (I can tell some people find that off-putting). The texture of the shampoo and conditioner was great. The shampoo was very thick (more on that later), which I liked, and foamed well. I personally love tea tree shampoos so I missed that aspect of my shampoo but I didn't expect that from this product either. In any case, I still felt that it performed very well in terms of cleanability. The conditioner wasn't that thick but still felt like it was doing its job well. I think overall it's a decent value for the product. I only have a problem with bottles. As other reviewers have said, the bottles come with excess plastic caps. The included caps are basic and there are separate pump caps that you need to change yourself before use. Only problem is the shampoo is too viscous for a dispenser bottle and straw so I don't think it worked. Realizing it had been a long time coming, it took a few minutes for the bottle to be refilled and ready to use. Once full you can only inject one pump at a time and then you have to wait a little (30 seconds) again before injecting another pump.
