What! This is the best thing since sliced bread. When I first used it, I didn’t realize it would suction to the counter. Be sure to engage that first. Once that was auctioned, the ease of use was great. My children begged to help. I hate buying bagged cheese so this was perfect. I also used it to shred some zucchini and had it done within a couple of minutes.
