Ultimate upgrade ***** This seller definitely got 5 stars. There was a problem with my order, I contacted the seller and the communication was just perfect. They also fixed the problem without spending any extra money on me, great again! We received a replacement passenger mirror with proof of purchase and of course the defect. Installing the mirrors was easy enough, the mirrors match the display and reach out quite a bit - perfect for when we pull the fifth wheel. We are very happy with this whole buying experience and highly recommend this mirror set and the SCITOO seller. TO UPDATE. I have just deducted 2 stars and will be contacting the seller for a solution, please see my most recent picture! The passenger mirror DOES NOT FOLD, it only opens! What the hell!? It will not work well at all when washing a car. Now that we've been riding we experienced slight, typical vibrations at 70 mph, no problem. The only problem is BIG PROBLEM. UPDATE 2 The seller contacted me quickly which is good; hoping for a reliable quick mirror solution with no return policy. I will publish. UPDATE 3: The seller is offering us a partial refund for on-site mirror repair. Why should I waste time and money storing a poorly made product? We are asking for a new passenger mirror or a full refund so we can get a new set. Thanks for the fast and free shipping! Second, my husband is very mechanically inclined but still found these mirrors easy to install on our 2014 GMC 2500 HD. They look very nice and we think we're worth the money but we haven't driven the truck yet will update this review when needed. So the plastic doesn't necessarily look as durable as the OEM, but we're not paying $400-$600, time will tell how they hold up. There are many highly rated reviews that lead us to believe they should be ok. The box they came in wasn't anything special, but that shouldn't matter; We already knew they were made in China, right? The mirrors were well packaged and the box arrived in perfect condition. So far, so good. Fingers 🤞🏼.
