The best thing for the money, I'm glad I chose this option.

A quiet cooler was chosen for a compact computer on i5 8400 with a TDP of 65W. The option is quite successful, in idle time 33-35 degrees, in stress 60-63 degrees. If there is a place, the tower one would be better, of course, but in my case there was not much choice.

Pros

Quiet, 4 pin, cools the power components of the motherboard, as well as NVMe, if it is near the processor.

Cons

Not very convenient fastening, it is better to unscrew the cooler from the radiator. Complete thermal paste is so-so.
