Easy to use for end users (users).Easy integration with various social media platforms in one place which we need constantly or otherwise will miss out from important conversations/posts. Support is good at responding pretty soon but could do better to give better guidance sometimes also about what's happening behind screen.Good solution so far just needs time to mature more as it already provides benefits of quick sharing within organisation & externally through collaboration tools. We are using @trevio tool internally for simple email alerts and it helps us keep all our team on same page whenever there’s something new posted to emails shared between teams. The most useful feature of this tool is its ability to organize your data in an easy way so you can access it anywhere at any time. It's also very secure because I cannot see anything about my account or data unless I go through security procedures. I have used other similar tools before but none has been as good as trevi.io. They are not cheap but they do offer value for money. This platform helps me keep track of all my important business documents which include emails, invoices, etc.
