Review on Dorman 90000 Fuel Injector Ring by Raul Fabijan

First off, let me say Dorman does a great job with this kit - it includes all the o-rings you'll need, even washers and bushings. I used this kit for four fuel pipe o-rings, washers and bushings. When I removed the headers to replace the gaskets, the bushings and o-rings fell out in a few places. Well, after the hunt I found this kit, the parts are completely swapped out. The reason it gets four stars is for the support. On the back of this package, Dorman would have found it easy to put a diagram showing the order of the parts. It's not like this. So I go to their website and chat with their installation support. This technician didn't know the right order either. So I search the internet. Every repair procedure I found just talked about what needs to be put back together the way it fell apart. After hours of searching I finally found the diagrams showing the correct installation and added the pictures here. So you are located from bottom to top - yellow O-ring - steel washer - black ring - plastic sleeve. Be sure to lubricate each part with 3 in 1 oil or even motor oil - this will make installation easier and prevent the ring from breaking. Then when you install the pipes - also lubricate them - they slide into place very easily. Finally, when you attach the strap on top that holds the tubes, the flat side comes up. Again, this is clearly visible in the photos I've added. So I hope this really helps someone save time and avoid danger (spraying 65lbs of fuel everywhere isn't cool!)
