Review on OptiPaw Dog Control Collar by Nancy Meyer

I never write reviews but thought I should help others consider this product. We purchased Don Sullivan's "Perfect Dog" training system from his website, Dogfather.com, which included a crew collar, training leashes, and training DVDs. Our lab pup outgrew his collar so I bought this replacement collar assuming it was the same. I was wrong, we wore it on her for 5 days and today before leaving home I corrected her and the metal clasp broke in two and the collar fell off her neck. If that happened 5 minutes later I would be on the street with her and that could have a very sad ending. Maybe she ran into the street in front of me or just ran away. I bought it knowing the reviews were bad but wanted to confirm it was very poorly made and didn't trust it when I was walking my dog.
