Review on 🔴 TELOSMA Star Sealing Wax Beads: Blood Red Envelope Stamp Seals, 100pcs by Jennifer Roberts

So first the pros. The color I got is really nice, it has a little shimmer and matches the color of the picture very closely and registers a fairly clean seal that comes off without too much trouble. It looks very pretty and next to it the other red wax I have looks like orange-brown junk. Now for the many cons: Firstly, I've noticed that a lot of sealing waxes contain plastic ingredients lately, and I don't think it's anything new, but I think the nature of the ingredients has changed because there are multiple types of wax that you can currently use are all listed in the same way and all have slightly different properties. Some are a bit gummy, like they have hot glue on them (which makes sense given that many of them look like glue sticks and can be used in glue guns), while others form a tough, flexible seal. which will be deformed and will not crack immediately like OG sealing wax does. I think this particular wax is more like the last one because it takes a LOT longer to melt than other wax balls I have and the threshold before it starts bubbling and smoking and burning is very close to the melting point and just like, when it starts to smoke it gives off a horrible, acrid odor, not like wax, although with a waxy tinge. More importantly, it's very runny compared to other waxes and on top of that it penetrates paper which, unless you're using thick paper, actually causes an oily stain on the back. I tried letting it cool a bit in the spoon to see if it helped spread and soak into the paper as well and nothing helped. It's either liquid or it's starting to pool and stick together. Also, it's a real pain to scrape the residue off the spoon, I can usually stick my fingernail or a tool in and just scrape off the wax in 1-2 chunks, but this slowly comes off in tiny clumps of plastic.
