I opened the box and the drum lights looked good. It looked so cheap once installed, and when we turned on the bottom part of the light (so no bulbs were showing), my entire brightly painted hallway looked pink and dark (think basement with no windows). and a light dark). The bottom of the lantern looked like cardboard. Very cheap stuff. When you're not using it, you're just looking at a couple of bulbs, and why have a shadow at all when you have to stand far away to even see the shadow without the bulbs hanging down? I was disappointed because I liked the idea/look but even at a good price I just couldn't believe it. On a positive note, Revain was great to work with.
