Worked great! Everything was as advertised... It was just as good as the more expensive options that I've unfortunately bought in the past. And those were quick shifts, and the instruments were labeled accordingly. Obviously these are not OEM or genuine Audi parts but they do the same job. I believe these silent tools come with a lifetime warranty or something. I'm not sure how or why I've ever had to make a warranty claim, but I've used a variety of tools because I've had electrical issues and have had to frequently change the fuse in the radio and MMI system. They have performed well in my abuse and stress test so far. I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed with your purchase. I would like to buy them again, but I don't have to. unless I lose them or, of course, discard them.
