Review on Fiesta 20-Piece Merengue Flatware Silverware Set: Service for 4, Stainless Steel/ABS, Includes Forks/Knives/Spoons, Multi-Colored by Mar Pacora

To be honest I like the look of this product. I'm just not sure if this is the real Fiesta brand? There are several main issues with this set. First, the colored plastic part was already loose and detached from the metal part of the harness the day I opened it. I'm sure this will become a bigger problem after a few cycles in the dishwasher. Secondly, they leave a metallic taste in my mouth which makes me doubt the authenticity of this Fiesta brand as I have never tasted anything like this in my mouth with any other cutlery before. And not just me, my boyfriend noticed it too. I would not recommend this product. It looks very nice but the Fiesta colors seem different to other Fiesta brand knives and plates I have which combined with quality issues makes it a poor choice for cutlery.
