Review on Breville Stainless Steel BES810BSS Duo Temp Pro Espresso Machine by Steven Kile

Bought this on Cyber Monday for a good price but received a broken machine. When I use the steam function, the machine shakes and bounces on the countertop. You can clearly hear the "bang-bang" sound from the video I uploaded. As this was my first time using an espresso machine, I searched YouTube and watched a number of videos of the same model, but I never heard such a noise in any of the videos. I then contacted the support center but could not solve the problem. I tried to contact the manufacturer but I was an hour late. I give up and try another brand. Hopefully I'll have better luck this time
