Incomplete hubcap - accessories and parts
The product was incomplete, there is one more component that was not clearly indicated, now I can not assemble it without the outer ring and the product has lost its characteristics badly. Value and benefit for me as I can't find the other part needed to complete the hubcap. I'm so sad.
