The best thing about this training is that it has made me understand how important my role in business process management really is, as well as given me new ideas for improvement of our processes. I also liked most aspects of the course material (theoretical knowledge). Some parts were too theoretical which could be improved by adding practical examples. It was not easy at first but with practice became easier. This gave us an opportunity to learn from each other's mistakes when implementing changes into workflows or improving existing ones.
