Great experience and helpful tool - helped improve customer service

The best thing about this training is that it has made me understand how important my role in business process management really is, as well as given me new ideas for improvement of our processes. I also liked most aspects of the course material (theoretical knowledge). Some parts were too theoretical which could be improved by adding practical examples. It was not easy at first but with practice became easier. This gave us an opportunity to learn from each other's mistakes when implementing…

Great Experience for Business Owners & Employees

I liked all that they did for me, it was great! They helped build my confidence in business skills which is something needed these days as well as improving sales techniques with new ideas every time. The overall experience has been amazing but nothing really comes to mind specifically at this point of writing; everything seemed very good though - even minor things like taking photos or sending an email could be seen by customers which would help with branding if you're looking into such areas…
