They work great! for power strips and surge protectors

Learning (the hard way) to download the app and set up the plugs through the app before attempting to sync with Alexa, I had no problem. Maybe it would help if it was explained more clearly in the instructions. Either way, they work great with Alexa. I only used the UltraPro app for initial setup, but once connected to my wireless system, Alexa recognized it and can use it with Alexa voice command and the Alexa app.
