They work exactly as expected. I was very happy to see that the application developer is an American company and not a Chinese company like almost everyone else. I didn't need Alexa support or anything like that. Update: These devices tend to turn off and you need to pair them again, which requires physical presence. Learning (the hard way) to download the app and set up the plugs through the app before attempting to sync with Alexa, I had no problem. I only used the UltraPro app for initial setup, but once connected to my wireless system, Alexa recognized it and can use it with Alexa voice command and the Alexa app.

I don't have Alexa. (optional) So I wanted to configure these switches through their app instead. Either way, you'll need an app before you can set it up for Alexa.
