DON'T LOSE MONEY
Don't waste money. There is no elastic, front or rear laces, or anything other than two pieces that go to the footpegs. It looks like the picture but it doesn't stay on my bike in strong winds. It's lightweight and probably waterproof until the wind blows it away.
