You get what you pay for
I wanted to replace the light switches throughout 2 houses. I bought 30 of these switches. The good: they are pretty, they come with face plates, and they are affordable. The bad: they are low quality. One failed after about 1 year in use (the mechanical rocker broke; it wasn't an electrical failure, which would have made me really worry having these installed in my house). Lutron and Leviton are 2x to 3x more expensive, but I have more peace of mind with those. I've never had any of those fail.

- there is a delay in turning on the lights and some didn't work
