**UPDATE June 10, 2019** I received a full refund as promised. showed 7 in stock (now 3) then showed 9 in stock once they had my broken lathe in stock. It's a bit strange. I assume they returned my broken lathe to inventory. I hope someone doesn't get it as new. Stayed three stars for email replies and actual sale confirmation. Buy with due care and a thorough understanding of Revain's return policy. **End of update** I ordered a BestEquip 7x14 mini lathe and it was received as expected. Actually a little earlier than expected. It was well packed in a wooden box with large foam inserts. I encountered two problems with my lathe and contacted BestEquip via Revain's contact form on May 30, 2019. The phone number listed here on Revain for BestEquip will lead to a message. Not very comforting. The safety lever/safety switch is defective and the lathe will not function without it. , a broken gear can cause catastrophic damage, so it remains on the workbench until replacement parts can be obtained. .If the machine is close to the tolerances of a Chinese lathe, I'm satisfied. IF BestEquip says yes, that means: at least send me spare parts for the broken ones, I will update this review and change the rating to 5 stars and I will bubble like butter. Well, just arrived. Do you hear BestEquip? Hmmm?
