I love how easy it is to use, you can do all of your tracking online so there's no paper work or nothing! You don't have any extra supplies that are needed like with other programs- just water & some fruit/veggies :) It has helped me lose weight over time but not by much (just about 2 pounds).
The app isn’t really designed for people who haven‘e been overweight their whole life though because if they were then this would be great cause in my opinion everyone should try something new once every 6 months - 7 weeks max haha :P But overall its very helpful as well when doing an at home workout routine which helps keep motivation up during certain times where things may feel too hard otherwise ;) And also makes sure i dont eat more than what im supposed lol!! Great idea. Try out makeme diet first before deciding whether u want one from another brand cuz even tho these ones aren't expensive compared others most.
