Doubtful. best power converters
So far I've bought 5 of these in 5 packs of 5p10s. Only 2 could be tested, replacing the first with the second in a pack as it delivered progressively less power with each load. One could reset it by disconnecting and reconnecting the cell monitor cable. I exchanged it for a new one and the problem solved itself. The same problem happened ONCE on the same second BMS but never again. I plan to use others only for charge protection and output bypass.
