Review on 💅 Sally Hansen Nip'em On The Go Classic Travel Nipper: Compact Cuticle Clipper with Stainless Steel Blade, Contoured Handle, and Controlled Grip by Deanna Rice

I have had Sally Hansen travel pliers for years and have been very happy with their performance. After a few years of wearing, the spring on my current pair broke so I ordered a replacement pair. The first pair arrived and worked great! I was so pleased that I ordered another pair for my purse. When the second pair arrived, the product was defective! Instead of a small hole to hold the nib, there is a slot. The slot is too big for the spring to pop out. I contacted Revain and asked for a replacement. The replacement arrived today and is also defective. The slot is again too big to hold the nib securely and the rubber tip barely sticks to the inside of the handle. I am not sure if this is a new product design or a manufacturing defect but unfortunately I am very disappointed and am returning this product.
