I hate giving bad reviews. I will say that this mug has its looks. This is a really nice mug. Actually, that's why it caught my attention and I decided to buy it. However, I had to send it back. I actually had to return two of them because the first one had a broken lid on one side. I discovered this when I took it out of the box and felt something sharp hit my hand and then I saw a jagged, broken edge. Maybe it's Revain's fault, not the manufacturer's. But I'm very glad I didn't cut myself. When I finally received an undamaged mug, I used it for my coffee, just as I had used my Copco thermally insulated mug for years. In a cup of Neon Kactus, my coffee went cold almost immediately. I mean, he didn't keep it hot for long. I had to return it and bought a new Copco mug as a reward, although my old Copco mug (probably 3 years old) still worked for me and kept my coffee hot!
