Review on Phase V Fulfillment by Charles Palma

The customer service is amazing! I can't think about much that was bad at all in my experience using this platform for our Amazon orders. It has been great having them be so helpful even when we had some issues out side their control (ie - not enough shipping supplies). Our customers love these guys as they are extremely friendly which helps us build trust early into any relationship. There really isn’t too many things but if there were something specific would like more help/training from someone who worked here before or could tell me why certain features work how others do? Definitely check them out!! We used P5F because one person owned another local store nearby already doing similar services locally and he didn’t have anything negative towards him nor did his employees seem very knowledgeable regarding online sales vs physical stores etc.. So far everything seems good.
