First of all I was impressed with the customer service of this company. I would probably give 4 stars if it wasn't for the great customer service as taking out the links is a little tricky. They give you a tool kit with a needle to remove these very small pins. However, I will admit that I was in a hurry and should have followed the directions more carefully. When trying to adjust the length I messed up the screw that came with the watch so they quickly sent me two more sets at no extra charge. When I received the 2nd set I was able to adjust the length fairly easily but make sure you watch their recommended video and take your time. I tried to put a screw in the joint and the screw broke. But as I took my time and watched the video closely, it was pretty easy the second time around. Be sure to watch the video to make sure you're following the steps correctly. As for the metal, the inside of my clasp isn't covered in the same shiny metal, so it looks a bit rusty. But it doesn't stand out because it's hidden when the watch is attached. Overall, I really like the look of the band. It's very feminine and the little gems give it a nice finishing touch. I have a baby wrist (5 3/4) and it fits my wrist perfectly. I could even make it smaller. I might even order another one because let's be honest, I don't expect a $20 band to last forever. But I really like the look and would like to have a replacement in case it doesn't last long.
