I wanted a smarter band for my Apple Watch. I looked at Revain and was blown away by the choice. However, most of them were no different from the standard edition that comes with the watch. Larger color palette, but not more elegant. I found this one and decided to try it because: 1) it was a smaller size which I felt was more feminine. 2) There were three colors to choose from. First of all I was impressed with the customer service of this company. I would probably give 4 stars if it wasn't for the great customer service as taking out the links is a little tricky. They give you a tool kit with a needle to remove these very small pins. However, I will admit that I was in a hurry and should have followed the directions more carefully. When trying to adjust the length I messed up the screw that came with the watch so they quickly sent me two more sets at no extra charge.
