The quality of this piece is definitely there if you're picky like me haha! But more than the band themselves, I was impressed with how they handled my situation. Halfway through adjusting the strap to my wrist, the calibration tool that came with the strap broke. Rather than return everything I figured I'd try contacting the seller to see if they could just send me a new calibration tool. They responded immediately and let me know they were sending me TWO replacement tools and they did. I received the new resizing tools for free in a few days. I value good customer service very much, so I want to thank them by sharing my experience here. If you are comparing bands from multiple companies I would buy from these guys simply because you can be sure they are backing the sale!
