First of all, this product is a real life saver. When the weather changed, my cat shed so much that there was only fur everywhere. This vacuum cleaner sucked them up easily and efficiently and was particularly useful for removing hair from sofas and other furniture. The suction power is very good, so a thorough cleaning of the entire sofa helped remove almost all of the hair. It's also great for small vacuuming jobs like sweeping up trash that's thrown out of the bin or sweeping around the kitchen counter after cooking to pick up small crumbs that have fallen off. The vacuum cleaner is lightweight and easy to use. There is only one minus point, and I think it's definitely worth mentioning. There are vents on the sides of the vacuum that blow air out when in use and blow the air out HARD. So for picking up hair that was lying on the floor for example, this product really wasn't suitable because if you picked up the hair right in front of the vacuum cleaner, the sides would throw other hairs all over the place. I'm sure the air has to be blown out that hard to counteract the amount the vacuum sucks in for hair removal (which is definitely necessary), but this limits the use of the vacuum to either cleaning surfaces or vacuuming small areas , where there is nothing on the sides that could be blown. In general, this vacuum cleaner is really great for vacuuming hair from furniture and even clothes, but for other purposes it is better to use a regular vacuum cleaner.
