Visible deterrent - physically useless

Cheap - it seems to secure your load, and sometimes looks are quite valuable. Look at the picture of what happens when someone actually drives off if they forgot to remove the wheel lock... the trailer was fine, the tire clip was over and it wasn't even in the way.

Pros
