Review on π 12-3/4'' Silver Stainless Steel Pizza Pan by Maxam Baking by Dee Duran
Too thick, could fit in large ovens
I was initially excited about this pan as the material is of very high quality. However, the material is too thick, which meant that my pizza could not be baked through to the middle. To solve this problem, I tried leaving it in the oven for a few minutes before putting the pizza on top, but even then it didn't cook all that well in the center of the pan. This may be better suited for larger ovens and should be well preheated. Had to buy another pan with thinner material and holes to use in my regular oven.
