Review on 🔐 ALEKO Keypad Access 12V LM106 SEO by Chris Chincuanco

I bought this Aleko wired keypad (LM106M) a few weeks ago and installed to work. with my Aleko sliding gate motor. The keyboard works fine, but the instructions say the call button is disabled. I didn't understand why the company disabled the call feature but left the call button on the keyboard. I hated Aleko for doing that because anyone visiting my property would stand at the gate and ring the bell thinking they were going to ring the doorbell when in fact there was no bell at my house. Nobody is made aware of their presence. When I called Aleko and spoke to their technician, I told him I wanted to re-enable the ringer button on the keypad and install an external wireless doorbell. I told him he was motionless when I pushed the button. I wondered if the company had placed a cardboard filler behind the button that could be removed to make the button work again. Technical support informed me that this was not true and that the circuits were broken and the bell could not be reactivated. As I found out later, this statement was a lie. An Aleko employee told me that I would have to buy a more expensive Aleko keyboard with an active call button. Fortunately, I was made aware that the Aleko representative was telling me the truth and that the circuit board's electronic circuitry had in fact been destroyed for the call. As a result, I decided to unscrew the circuit board on the back of the keyboard to see what was blocking the bell button movement. I found the button had hot glue attached to disable it. After I slightly removed the hot melt adhesive, the button worked again. Aleko Engine and keyboard work perfectly. However, I give three stars because of their dishonest employee.
