The device I received seemed to be of good quality until I turned it on. The motorized screen does not stay upright. Once the screen goes to the extended position, it turns off before the display even has a chance to light up. It then turns off as if the battery is completely dead, then turns on again a few seconds later and starts the whole sequence over. I checked all the connections with a multimeter and also reinstalled my old Alpine box which still works with no problems. I have been installing audio hardware for over 20 years and have never had a problem prior to this unit. I will return it for a refund.
