I like that you can use it both online as well offline when working with clients! You don't have access if your internet goes down which makes me feel more secure about my information being protected (website).

If there are no computers available at client location then they cannot complete form either via website OR through software application - very limiting especially since this service requires computer/internet connection AND IT IS FREE!! Other than those 2 things this program has been great so far & we've had some pretty good results using them too!
