I have decided to use these instead of packing nuts in 3D printing projects. They are good and make it a lot easier to assemble things that you often need to assemble. However, they are not super cheap, but neither are they expensive enough to justify restoration of designs/prototypes. I didn't have any lemons in my first batch and just ordered a second one. If you use them for 3D printing you will need a 4.8mm or 4.9mm hole. Don't make the holes smaller or the plastic will interfere with your 3mm fasteners. From China it would be cheaper but it's 2 days and they're refundable. 4/5 for me just for the price.
