UPDATE: This company's customer service contacted me and refunded my money. They were very accommodating and wanted to make sure I was a happy customer. For this reason I have changed my rating to 5 stars. Just wanted to let others know that if you decide to purchase these cartridges, rest assured that if they don't work for you, you're not taking any chances. The packaging is great and I liked the price and the cartridges look very high quality. . I also had no problems with my printer recognizing the cartridge as other people reported, but when I had problems they included a leaflet showing how to fix it. After seeing all this I was happy to think I had found a solution to my expensive ink problems, but unfortunately I was wrong. The black cartridge spilled on me as I removed the tape to install it. I have cleaned and installed it and although I have cleaned and leveled it 3 times on my printer all my prints have white streaks which I did not get with Canon brand cartridges. Luckily I only use the ink to print the stencils I cut out so a high quality image wasn't required, but if I need to do something else that needs to look good then I need to buy more ink cartridges right away. I saved my Canon cartridges when I replaced them with these. So if I lose my mind I can try to refill them myself. Keep shopping for a better replacement, or buckle up and buy a known brand. Sometimes you have to pay for the right quality.
